This comprehensive <br />research investigates the multifaceted strategies and support systems essential for enhancing <br />witness and victim protection effectiveness through a rigorous qualitative methodology.<br />Employing mixed research methods including in-depth interviews with legal professionals, <br />structured observations, extensive documentary analysis, and comparative case studies, the <br />research systematically examines existing protection mechanisms. The study explores complex <br />challenges confronting witness and victim protection, including psychological vulnerabilities, <br />potential retaliation risks, and institutional limitations.<br />Key research findings reveal four pivotal dimensions for protection effectiveness: (1) Integrated <br />Institutional Coordination – developing robust inter-agency protocols and communication <br />frameworks, (2) Technological Infrastructure – creating advanced digital tracking and <br />management systems for witness data protection, (3) Professional Capacity Building –<br />implementing comprehensive training programs addressing psychological, legal, and security <br />dimensions, and (4) Normative Framework Enhancement – recommending legislative refinements <br />to strengthen legal protections.<br />The research demonstrates that effective witness and victim protection transcends traditional legal <br />paradigms, requiring holistic approaches addressing psychological safety, social reintegration, and <br />continuous risk management. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden terpilih. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian diuji untuk memastikan indikator keabsahan yang digunakan dalam mengukur variabel strategi manajemen dan kualitas kerja. Hasil pengujian validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator memiliki nilai rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel, yang berarti semua indikator valid. Uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,857 untuk variabel strategi dan 0,852 untuk variabel kualitas kerja, yang melebihi batas minimum 0,60, sehingga instrumen dapat dinyatakan reliabel. Analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara strategi manajemen serta daya saing harga terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Respondents in this study were consumers of indomie products with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques assisted by the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study through the F test, the Fcount value was obtained (9.843) and Ftable (2.58), it is known that the significance in the F test is 0.000 which is the significance limit of 0.05. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri dengan subsektor otomotif dan komponennya yang berjumlah 12 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan 5 tahun sehingga&nbsp; diperoleh total jumlah sampel yang diamati sebanyak 40. Untuk pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komisaris independen, komite audit dan opini audit tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
