PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT CHEETHAM GARAM INDONESIA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT Cheetham Garam Indonesia. The population in this study was 292 and the sample in this study was 520 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the Yamane formula with the percentage of allowances (e) of 10% so that a sample of 84 employees was obtained. Data were analyzed by SPSS. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance; Work discipline and physical work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
