Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of training and compensation on the performance of Primagraha University employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is employees of Primagraha University, data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaires and interviews, using SPSS 26 data input. The results of this study show that training has a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the value of Tcalculate >Ttable (2,894>2,051). And the value of R = 0.3610 states that the relationship of the independent variable in this case is training to the dependent variable, namely employee performance and the coefficient of determination (Rsquaer) of 0.674 which means that the training variable affects employee performance by 67.4%, while compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Tcalculate >Ttabel (3,140>2,051). And the value of R = 0.3610 states that the relationship of the independent variable in this case is compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance and the coefficient of determination (Rsquaer) of 0.674 which means that the compensation variable affects employee performance by 67.4%.
