Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Motivation and Work Ethic on the Performance of Posyandu Cadres of the Tunjung Teja Health Center, Serang Regency. The results of this study in the first hypothesis are based on the results of statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, the Motivation variable (X1) t count for the communication variable (X1) of 3,929 because t count > t table (3.929 > 1.992) then Ho rejected dan Ha accepted. With a significant value, 0.000 < 0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence of communication on cadre performance (Y), t count for the work ethic variable (X2) of 4.016, because t count > t table (4.016> 1.992) then Ho rejected da n Ha accepted. With a significant value, 0.000 < 0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between the work ethic variable (X2) on the cadre performance variable (Y), from the results of data processing F count of 22.757 Because F calculates > F table (22,757 > 2.73) then Ho is rejected. With significant values, 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the variables of motivation (X1) and work ethic (X2) together have a significant effect on the performance of cadres (Y). The conclusion of this study in hypothesis one there is a significant influence of motivation on the performance of cadres of puskesmas ciruas serang district, hypothesis two there is a significant influence of work ethic of the performance of cadres of puskesmas ciruas serang district, and hypothesis three there is a significant influence of motivation and work ethic on the performance of the cadres of the ciruas health center in Serang district.
