Efektivitas Komunikasi Interpersonal Petugas LPKA Klas II Bengkulu dalam Merubah Perilaku Anak Didik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication of officers (Polsuspas) in changing the behavior of students at the Klas II Bengkulu Children's Special Development Institute. This study related to the effectiveness of interpersonal communication uses a mixed method.  The quantitative approach to answer the core (primary) question of research and the quantitative approach as an effort to provide completeness of information in the form of results to be achieved. Data collection was carried out with questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results showed a high level of effectiveness of interpersonal communication of officers (Polsuspas) in changing the behavior of students at the Bengkulu Class II Children's Special Development Institute with a percentage gain of 77.2%. It also explains that protégés and (guards) of polsuspas have an open relationship, have a very well-established feeling of empathy, show a very supportive attitude and a positive attitude and reflect equality
