A non-probability sampling method was used to select 100 respondents. Data were obtained from a questionnaire and analyzed using instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results showed that e-WOM had no effect on purchasing decisions. Perceived product quality did influence purchasing decisions. To analyze the alleged effect of service quality (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y). To analyze the alleged influence of the shop atmosphere (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y). The method used is the quantitative method. The population in this study were nice so consumers who live in Tangerang Raya, including Tangerang district, Tangerang city, and South Tangerang. The sample used in this study amounted to 112 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The data collection technique used primary data in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a Google form link. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis by utilizing smartPLS (partial least square) version 3. The results of this study indicate that price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest. The population in this study are coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 20 companies were obtained that met the criteria, with a total of 100 observations. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, panel data, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test using the EViews 13 analysis tool. The research results show that sales growth has an effect on stock prices. Net profit margin affects share prices. Return on equity has no effect on share prices.
