ANALISIS STRATEGI BISNIS FRANCHISE MIXUE DALAM MEMPERLUAS PASAR DI INDONESIA MELALUI HARGA DAN MEDIA SOSIAL

This study aims to analyze Mixue's business strategy in expanding its market in Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, utilizing secondary data obtained from journals, books, articles, news sources, and social media. The results show that affordable pricing and effective social media marketing play a crucial role in attracting consumers, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening competitiveness. Supported by a strategic location, strong branding, and a franchise system, Mixue has successfully expanded its presence and achieved rapid growth in the Indonesian beverage market.

The Influence of Organisational Communication and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity in the No-Sew Department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of organisational communication and work discipline on employee productivity. Using a quantitative descriptive method with 70 respondents, the results show that both variables have significant effects on employee productivity.

The Influence of Leadership Style and Workload on Employee Performance in the Nosew Department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of leadership style and workload on employee performance. Using an associative quantitative method with 100 respondents, the results show that leadership style and workload have positive and significant effects on employee performance.

The Influence of Workload and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Stockfit Department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and work environment on employee performance. Using a quantitative descriptive method with 61 respondents, the results show that workload and work environment significantly affect employee performance.

The Effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Community Satisfaction in Pasirmae Village, Cipeucang District, Pandeglang Regency. This study analyses the effect of service quality and facilities on community satisfaction in Pasirmae Village. Using a quantitative census of 53 respondents and multiple linear regression, the results show that service quality and facilities have positive and significant partial and simultaneous effects. Facilities are the dominant factor, indicating that improving service infrastructure is crucial for increasing community satisfaction

The Influence of Academic Information System (SIAKAD) Quality and Academic Service Quality on Student Satisfaction at Tanri Abeng University's Tangerang Campus. This study aimed to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of SIAKAD quality and academic service quality on student satisfaction. Using a quantitative survey of 96 respondents, the results showed that both variables had positive and significant effects on student satisfaction.
