Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya yang terpenting diantara sumber daya lainnya, karena karyawan akan membawa kesuksesan dalam suatu organisasi bisnis. Karyawan yang diinginkan oleh organisasi yaitu karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh kepemimpinan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan kausalitas berbasis PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Nikomas Gemilang dengan total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 211 responden. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan keterangan bahwa motivasi kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan, sementara itu kepemimpinan dapat berperan sebagai moderasi antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan.
