Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of education level on employee performance, the effect of education level on employee performance, and the effect of education level and income on employee performance at the Sukaraja District Office. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population in the research were 35 employees of the Sukaraja District Office. A saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples, so the sample used in the research is 35 people. Partially, this research shows that the level of education has a positive and significant influence on improving employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the level of education and welfare has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance, which, in the end, can benefit the Sukaraja sub-district office as a whole.
