Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Focus and Scope

ASROSAINTEK (Journal of Science, Informatics, and Technology) is a scholarly journal that publishes research articles, development studies, and conceptual papers in the fields of science, informatics, computer science, technology, and information technology management, relevant to the advancement of knowledge as well as the needs of society and industry.

ASROSAINTEK is committed to serving as an inclusive and multidisciplinary scientific publication platform, encouraging the integration of theoretical, methodological, and implementation-oriented approaches, including studies on information technology management and governance, without limiting itself to a single scientific domain. The published articles are expected to contribute scientifically, methodologically, and practically to the development of science and technology.

The journal accepts high-quality manuscripts written in Indonesian or English, with the potential to serve as references for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers.

Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following stages:

  1. Initial screening (pre-review) by the editor to assess the relevance to the journal scope, manuscript format, citations, references, and plagiarism check.
  2. Substantive review by at least two reviewers using a double-blind peer review mechanism.
  3. Author revision, if required, based on reviewers’ comments.

The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations.

Publication Frequency

ASROSAINTEK is published on a regular basis and accepts submissions throughout the year. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the nearest available issue according to the journal’s publication schedule.

Open Access Policy

ASROSAINTEK applies an Open Access policy, allowing all published articles to be freely accessible in order to support the dissemination of scientific knowledge and increase research impact.

The following topics are provided as examples and do not limit the scope of manuscripts eligible for publication in ASROSAINTEK.
