Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of standard operating procedures and teamwork on employee performance at the Serpong Samsat office. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses primary and secondary data sources. Primary data collection in the form of interviews and filling out questionnaires conducted with resource persons. The samples taken as research respondents were employees of the SAMSAT Serpong Office using the saturated sampling method so the respondents in this study were 66 employees. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, analysis of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F test) using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program tools. The results of the study show that the standard operating procedure variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Serpong Samsat Office employee. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Serpong Samsat Office employees. Standard operating procedures and teamwork simultaneously affect the performance of the Serpong Samsat Office employees.
